After breakfast we caught the Monorail to the end of the strip. The monorail is sold as being a convenient way to travel the Strip. Pigs bum! It deposits you at the back of every hotel so you still have to walk a mile.
Never mind we eventually got to the MGM Grand and did our first shopping of the trip. A shop called Sugar Factory provided endless sweet diversion. Unfortunately nothing was priced so we spent more than we planned. My purchases included IV bags of zombie blood.
